This is a Franchise & Direct Real Estate Model Business based in Brisbane & Gold Coast initially and will grow from Tweed Heads, Sunshine Coast, Capricorn Coast, Cairns and over to Toowoomba in 2024-2026.
ERA Queensland has acquired the Rights from APAC Realty ( Listed Singaporean Company-CLN).
Agents can choose to be Independent Contractors at a very generous fee based on performance or become Franchisees of ERA Real Estate.

Alex Caraco
Alex Caraco’s experience stems back to being a second generational Real Estate Agent from 1980 in NSW and later in QLD in the early 2000s. Alex has been an Independent Agent, Franchisee for LJ Hooker in the 1980’s and Master Franchisor for Coldwell Banker Australia. In later years Alex was also CEO of a Public Company involved in off the plan sales across Australia based in Sydney.
Alex has also studied Franchising as Griffith University and Financial Analysis at New England University NSW.
Future
Alex has been involved in the sale of Billions of Dollars of Real Estate across Australia and is able to impart A1 Marketing to benefit the Group to maximise the results for the Sellers in Queensland. In 2024 new ERA A1 intelligence will be released from our Mega Franchisor (APAC Realty Singaporean Listed Company CLN) in Singapore for the benefit of ERA Queensland Real Estate to increase visibility, maximise price and speed of sale for their properties.
